To be honest, Star Wars 'Droids aren't problematic in the least.
Any physics getting broken here? Nope.
Displaying any more intelligence than a souped up chatbot? Nope.
Anything involving tech advances or engineering not already present in Traveller? Nope.
Heck, half of them are breaking down or clearly in need of a software patch.
