At long last, the most awaited book for the Legend RPG is here! The Spider God's Bride is a collection of ten blood-red sword and sorcery adventures, inspired by the pulp era tales of Robert E. Howard and Clark Ashton Smith. Venture in the footsteps of Conan the Cimmerian, Satampra Zeiros of Uzuldaroum, Imaro of Nyumbani, and other fabled thieves, reavers and slayers!

You can grab a copy here;

http://rpg.drivethrustuff.com/product/110168/Legend%3A-The-Spider-God%27s-Bride

However, if you have already pre-ordered a print copy of this book, simply drop us a line (msprange@mongoosepublishing.com) with your order number, and we will send you the PDF via Drivethru for free!

Well dang, I just bought the PDF on RPGNow (amazing book) and decided to come over here to see about ordering it. Did that all backwards...gah.....

To everyone else: get this book, its already my top choice for "best setting/scenario book" of 2013.

If someone comissions me to write it, I will. After all, I wrote Sommerlund with Joe Dever for Magnamund/Lone Wolf.

Does the same offer apply to new orders for the print copy and when do you expect they will be shipped?

The preview on DTRPG looks bloody awesome.

I knew I liked you Prime_Evil. I'm not sure what the deal would be with Xoth, since it is the creation of someone else...but if someone did ask me to write it, I would. One thing I love to do is write sourcebooks about worlds/cities/towns etc.

I have always wanted to tackle something like a Sword and Sorcery setting. I'm a big Conan fan.

The more Conan I read and reread, especially the original Howard stuff, the more I'm convinced it should be run with Legend.

Bought it
Read it
Love it
It was worth the wait.

I've been to Xoth.net; there are two additional scenario books. At the risk of the curse of Aklathu, can we get those books converted?

And yes, I'd buy a Xoth sourcebook, too.

Fantastic book, drips flavour and atmosphere from every page.

However, unless I've gone blind, the one thing that seems to be conspicuously missing is a map of Xoth itself. As the scenarios take the players on a tour of Xoth, and much is made of the cultural relationships between the different peoples of Xoth, that seems to be a rather crucial oversight.

It does, and around mid-March.

This is cool. Matthew - I have one quite major problem with your website - and that is that if I pre-order anything I *have* to have it shipped to me and pay the P&P costs.

As you know, i am able to drive to your Swindon office and pick the book up there.

Are you able to add "Collect from Swindon - Free" to any and all order options PLEASE.

That way I can order the book, get the PDF now, save myself P&P but know I can go pick up a reserved copy from you in March sometime.

Thanks! :D

Sam / Bifford

(ps, no idea what the book is like bar the preview, but the interest and excitement here makes me want the book lol :D )

Thanks Matt.

Just have to justify spending $47AUD including postage vs. a little under $18.00AUD for the PDF; the conversion rate is a <expletive> killer!
