The Fair Use Policy

I have to admit, I'm curious as to why this is taking so long to sort out - it's been almost a month now. Mongoose had the core of a Fair Use policy in place already, could they not have just built on that? What's the sticking point that's causing the delay? Or is it just that people are taking ages to reply to eachother?

Matt, you Marc and the laywers (or whoever all is involved) take your time and get it right, those of us who are adults can patiently wait.

It will have to be ironclad otherwise certain types of people will just tear you apart trying to find some way to cause problems or 'break' the policy.

It's always better to be safe than sorry.
