Worse comes to worse I guess I'll have to make one myself. I'm sure I can find a similar van for much less and add the rear spoiler and some paint.

BTW I have after moving..just unpacked all my old JD/2000AD monthly magazines...just been re-reading them all
theres a few things
You might be able to incorperate some characters in your block that can be found in most blocks.
A stoogie pusher
A sugar Pusher
A Ump candy pusher
Taps (muggers) working over a vic...famous story where someone was tapped in front of 100's of passerby's (later the same people walked passed with as much fear while dredd works over the mugger)
An unemployment office and an Unimployment school.
In one of my early comics there is a story with an indoor park with real trees and ponds, and through to another area is a recreating of a beach with surf.
Also If its a Mr T block, you will definatly need a few bling shops with some O/G (Over-Gold) hanging in the windows.
A vid slug store does do films but it is also the most common form of daily newspapers and magazines. its more like a newspaper shop you would find just outside, city indoor centres or major railway stations in london.
Dont forget an aeroball stadium, most blocks have em.
and its quite possible you would have some form of Palais De Boing, although as mentioned about other places i think the palais is a one off. Maybe a Boing Pinball Centre.
All blocks have their own Hospital
