Anyone have a homebrew work up for the Answerins?

Right now I'm thinking STR -1 DEX +1 END -1, and for their Adrenalin Surge, a modified version of Combat Drug. That being an instant affect for 1 minute with a follow up Fatigue condition that last for 1 hour. Maybe even a +1 DM for enlisting into the Marines.
Curious as to other's thoughts.
