I got an ISA fleet for Christmas and was really looking forward to opening and getting painting. However I was rather disappointed when I opened it to discover that all 4 Whitestars were miscasts (probably from the same batch as they all had the same chunk missing from the nose). Also the box was missing the listed T-bolts.
I got in touch with Mongoose and they have just replaced the faulty Whitestars and supplied the missing T-bolts.
I happily give Mongoose 10/10 for customer support. This is one happy customer who will be ordering some reinforcements for that ISA fleet in the near future (probably in time for the doubles tournement in fact
