:D My first copy of Hawkmoon had some very bad binding to the point that some of the pages were coming loose. I wrote to Matt at Mongoose and he said that they would replace my book ASAP. That was about two weeks ago.
Saturday, a replacement book arrived in my mailbox. The cost to me. Nothing!
Thanks again Mongoose!!!!You dudes rock on toast!!!!! :D :D :D :D

I had the same experience with my Elric of Menibone book. E-mailed Matt and had a replacement within 5 days. Nice one Mongoose. Excellent customer service. :D
 
I too have had a similar experience and found Mr Sprange more than reasonable. Two thumbs up on great customer service!
 
had the same problem with My Elric book. But I fixed it myself as I have to mail order evertthing and did not feel like sending it back and waiting for a new copy.
 
TRose, I suggest dropping Matt a line anyway and letting him know your concerns. I am sure he will work something out with you. I have had trouble with the mail order issue too and Mongoose has been plenty reasonable with the whole thing.
