Tap (POW) & Dedicated POW

If I have 15 POW, and I Dedicate 8 of it to my Pact, and then I get tapped for 8 POW, what happens? If I only got Tapped for 4 POW, would I have a POW of 11 with 8 still Dedicated, or would the Dedicated POW go first, and I start losing Divine Magic? *Update*: Or, is the Dedicated POW untappable?

Dedicated POW is untappable. You've mortgaged it to your god - which is a good defence for divine cultists against sorcerers running around with Tap POW spells.
