still waiting for vree panic buy since 5th of march

I ordered a bundle of ships and most arrived within 2 weeks but I'm still waiting for some vree fighters and xeel carriers. I'm beginning to panic now because if they are lost in post I will never get them replaced if the forge is closing in april. I'm really not sure if mongoose have sent them to me yet. Any advice?

Try contacting the site administraitor, they have said they will make sure all orders are completed before they close down production. there is a string on this already some where.

Yep, and Matt said that production of each type goes in cycles so that the molds get time to cool. There's an entry on the main Mongoose page that states that although no orders will be accepted from April 1st, all orders placed before then will be honoured and the forge will run until they are all dispatched. I've got some of my original order still to come too, but it'll be the for the same reason. That said, if your stuff doesn't arrive by the end of the first week in April, it might be worth e-mailing the sales dept. (link from the main page) to check on it. I will be.

Well, I assume that they got a huge bunch of "panic buy" orders, so it will get some time to get them all done.

Well I ordered about £450.00 worth so yeah lol be awhile i'd say in about 10 days "parts" will start to arrive and then I have to make sure the order is correct lol

They have said that they will only stop taking orders after 31 March and the forge will remain open as long as necessary to fulfil the orders they have received.

My order did come in piecemeal. Though I'm guessing they had some in stock in the UK, and some needing forged.

Hi guys,

As has been mentioned before, demand has not been large but HUGE. We have been receiving hundreds of orders every day - simply put, we just did not expect this.

The forge will be running throughout April to meet _all_ orders placed. Even after April, one caster will be kept hot to resolve any issues that arise, from mis-casts (which have been extremely low during this period, it has to be said) to orders going missing in the post.

As always, we will meet all orders - it is just going to take a little longer than usual.
