What is a stavesword? I´m reading an english dictionary, searching in the wikipedia, but I haven´t seen a picture of this weapon. I need to know the translation to spanish...

Per MGP8108 Arms and Equipment, it's a broadsword on a stick.

Comparable to the Japanese nagamaki, which is essentially a katana on a stick.

So, expect a 35-40" (89-102cm) blade on a 30-40" (76-102cm) handle. Unlike the Nagamaki, I'd expect a straight blade and thrusting tip.

In Glorantha, it is a Wind Child weapon, so look for pictures of Wind Children and you will find a Staffsword. It is also called a Swordstick when referring to the Wind Child version.
