Status of Hawaii in Judge Dredd

Still working on my (now much larger) Cursed Earth project. Can anyone tell me what sort of shape Hawaii is in, in JD? Im guessing its nuked to nothing, with the huge American Navy base there.

Id have to agree, a mixture of nukes to wipe out Pearl followed by a few volcanoes finishing the job afterwards.
