Starting magic

Hi friends!
I´m a Spanish RQ Game Master. I´ve been playing it for a lot of years. Now, I have the new core book and the companium, and one of the big changes I can see is that the Pc doesn´t start now with any kind of magic. Of course, the ones with magic jobs do, but... What about the other professions? One of the best things of Glorantha was that everyone started with magic (perhaps with just a little spirit spell, but they had it) What happens now? Are that rules in one of the others books? Yes, they may obtain magic integrating runes, but they have to FIND it, and after that, try to find someone who could teach them the spirit (now runic) spell that they want. Isn´t all of that a little weird and non-gloranthan?
 
'Players Guide to Glorantha' equips characters with Folk Magic, which everyone has access to. Rune magic and divine magic is still within the province of the cults.

Whilst Glorantha is the default setting for RQ, the rulebook tries to keep a generic approach, which is why only magic-using professions initially have magic - although it can be learned by anyone through rune integration and cult membership.
