Nice set of tools. Thank you for sharing.
I tried your military assets calculator, and I'm not sure what formula's you are using, but the numbers seem a bit excessive. I used a straight AAAAAAAA UWP profile and got the following:
Result - GWP per capita is: 33032.448
Population is: 20 billion
Total GWP is: 660.6 trillion
Military quality is: Expert well trained units with superior weapons. Battle hardened or well trained - a tough adversary.
Possess many weapons of higher tech levels. Equipment is well maintained and top-notch
LAND FORCES
Number of Mechanized units is: 6,233 Divisions(500 armored units each)
Infantry Units: 14,267 Army's (150,000 each) - infantry units.
INTERPLANETARY CRAFT
Interstellar Carriers: 92
Battle Cruisers: 2476
Destroyers: 4382
Frigates: 5491
Corvettes: 1201
System Patrol Boats: 5348
Surface Air craft and Nukes
Planet Air Craft: 2,388 Air Groups (216 air units each)
No Nukes
The financial numbers are within the realm of possibility (US GDP is $18.5 Trillion with a population of just 350 million). However your forces seem rather excessive. 2 billion infantry is like 10% of the population. That's huge. And the number of ships listed above is also huge. That size of military would be very expensive to support in peacetime. The US, with a much larger economy percentage wise, would have a very difficult time paying for a military of that size (both in support and people drain).
I'm curious about where you are getting your formulas.
