Stand-alone Mapping Software for Windows?

Anyone know of any modern stand-alone mapping software for Windows? My copy of Heaven & Earth died with my hard drive and the download version from Stuart's website has problems with Windows 10 (Twisted Pixel control crashes).

I know about the online mapping software at TravellerMap.com but I really need a stand-alone replacement that does everything that Heaven & Earth did like linking my own text and graphics files to each system, sub-sector, or sector. I do have Galactic 2.4 but am trying to find something that's Windows-based.

Ah ha! Looks like my command-line-fu wasn't as rusty as I thought. Got H&E working again. Stuart, if you're out there, H&E still truly rocks the Traveller world.

Still, though, I'd appreciate any mention of stand-alone mapping software in addition to H&E and Galactic 2.4 that anyone may have found to work under Windows and allows a GM to link his/her own files to it.

It is the gold standard, maps are definitely old school, though the other generated info is nice.
