The new Signs & Portents issue (80) has got an article about the Sword Worlds and running characters from them.

And apparently it is one of several articles about aliens in the Marches

Ooo Sword Worlders *and* it makes mention of GT: Sword Worlds, an excellent book that also actually tried to update and make sense of RandomLOL UWPs in the Marches. Don't have a copy handy so I can't verify if the UWPs are old stock or reflect the updates, it was a shame to see that work ignored by later material.

And I'm not seeing any mention of Viking Herders of Miniphants! :x Maybe they've all stampeded? (somebody tossed them a sackful of pixie stix?!)

The only problem is that it mentioned a couple of worlds that were balkanized (gov 7) but that had a world government. Excaliber for example (B324775-A), is balkanized but is ruled by an unpopular Baron. Shouldn't that be a government of B (non-charismatic dictator)?

Otherwise a great article!!!!!!!!!!
