Its rapidly becoming my favorite part of the B5 universe and it wouldn't require much more than a simple source book. I love the grittiness of the tech the dire nature of the campaign on all sides and the unanswered questions in the lead up to the Minbarri War and the 3rd age. I also love the potential for RPGing in such a turbulent era. It also shaped the structure of the league etc and much of the 3rd Age world. I guess, quite deliberately, it is the WWII of the B5 universe that set the scene for the superpower conflict and new era of the Vorlon/Shadow war and all their proxy conflict through younger races. I also love the EA ships etc at the time, crude, rugged, efficient and primitive like Soviet WWII tech as well as the Dilgar.
I just think a source book that combined both rpg source materials and the battles and campaigns for ACTA (many of which are scattered through S&P anyway) would be fantastic.
