Sorcery spell Fly from Companion SRD

I have two problems with the Fly spell. As written, it is the only spell that needs the use of Enhance (POW) to be "scalable". To me, the SIZ of the target should be based on the spell's Magnitude (Magnitude*3, for instance) rather than POW. It should be used to levitate small creatures or objects at low Magnitudes, only allowing high magnitudes to actually make people fly.

I also think this spell should not let one target multiple objects without the Manipulation (Targets) skill.

All that sounds very sensible.

IIRC in the previous version the intensity had to be at least equal to the target's SIZ, with each point in excess of SIZ adding 1m per strike rank to move speed.
