I know I've seen sniper rules somewhere, but now I can't find them. I hope the answer won't be something really embarrassing, like "in the rulebook, dipshit" (well, I know not there - I checked). Can anyone help? Was it Signs and Portents? Here on the forum?

Off topic but remember you said that the stormclad is good but the centron is bad, well i cheaked out the pp forums and they said the oposite. Wich is it?
