Mind you I may make them LARP it.....actually then again never mind "shudder" to see some of my buddies half naked to wearing nothing but a loin cloth or similar effect would be.....Nightmarish. No, I think we will just steer clear of that.

Those are some gorgeous landscapes!!! Man I can feel the chill of the wind on my face and makes me want to play Slaine even more!!! Cannot wait to get my Slaine game going. Good Job!

im majorly crossing my fingers... hoping that slaine will be the next game..lol



ideas on printing out the dm screen by the way

grab about 8 sheets of heavy card stock... take 5 sheets and put them together (edge to edge) then lay the 3 remaning sheets over the edges so they overlap two sheets... staple those together... then fold the pages as you would fold a 5 page screen.... take the 5 pages of the 5 page screen, then the 5 pages of the pics, paper clip them to your new screen holding device..

alternately, take 5 sheets of cardstock, the 5 pages of info, the 5 pages of pics down to a print shop and get them to laminate it together ... problem solved for a few months

not really, however we are currently playing a white wolf game, and they may be missing some D&D...

basically its like a huge voting process with them, since that group has... ummm like 5 DMs

so they always do a big "well we like him better" thing

always enjoyed small groups and also dont normally play I am the only DM so it is my world but they bring the munchies and I will go with the flow most of the time the biggest spanner they have ever thrown is slaine as they and me only thought it was going to be a stop gap before conan and my group dont want too leave the party :roll:

Yeah I go through the same thing. I mostly if not always run the games and the lads will bring the munchies and what not. I feel that is only fair.

hahaha... .quite true... though lately ive been buying some chips, mainly because if i dont, im gonna be hungry... course, most of the times we play at my house... for the saturday group, im not bringing anything, except maybe an apple or something to snack on

Amen brother! Amen, there has to be some give and take. You give them some quality gaming and they have some fun. And you take some of the muchies they bring which is their way of saying thanks for bringing the game.

I have always seen it that way that whomever is running the game and hosting it should not have to supply the goodies as well. He/She may have something paticular they enjoy to drink/eat. However, players should know that everyone has to contribute something.
