Size-based hit locations

Anybody "in the know" aware if these have made it in?

I mean stuff like a small person/creature attacking a large person/creature.

I could well imagine a Duck getting to roll d12 for hitting a Human, or d10 for hitting a Troll, for example.

When Mongoose did away with the separated hit charts for melee and ranged weapons, I wouldn't bet on it. Size modifiers would also open a door for infinite possible variations like human vs human on a horse, duck vs mounted human, mounted human vs troll. Still possible but not likely in my opinion.
