Disco Star Wars: May the Funk be with You (Music Video)

🕺✨ THE FORCE HAS A FEVER, AND THE ONLY PRESCRIPTION IS MORE BASSLINE. ✨🕺

You've witnessed the wars among the stars.
You've seen the struggle between the Light Side and the Dark Side
But you've never seen the battle for the dance floor.

Welcome to the Mos Eisley Cantina, reimagined as the galaxy's funkiest, most soulful discotheque, where the only duel that matters is the dance-off.

This is STAR WARS as you've never heard it before.

When an impossibly groovy beat drops, the entire galactic conflict grinds to a halt. Watch as bitter rivals—a Sith Lord in a velvet cape and a farm boy in a flyboy suit—put down their weapons and get down to the rhythm.

See Wookiees doing the hustle, Stormtroopers breakdancing, and droids doing The Robot.

This is the untold story of the one night the war was paused for a funky intervention.

From shady deals in shag-carpeted booths to a Death Star-shaped disco ball, this is a loving, high-energy, and utterly absurd tribute to a galaxy far, far away.

It's not about the Light or the Dark...

It's about The Funk.

Darwin's best bet is getting hold of the, or a, laboratory ship, and charter it out, as captain/owner onboard.

Even having a ship share beats his expected pension payout, which either a partial, or full, equity in a spacecraft, once leveraged or sold, will allow a comfortable retirement.

Pensions are great as a safety net for living expenses.

Merchant/Free Trader allows a more hands on attempts on leveraging the spacecraft.

Darwin's more of a support character, who's smart enough to keep a gun nearby, but wouldn't be out front, and understands that having money counts.

How does Tatooine have Oxygen... it's all sand

Have you ever wondered how people can breathe on the planet of Tatooine, forget about water and food, its a miracle anyone is able to walk around without a spacesuit on!

The first Quonset huts were manufactured in 1941 when the United States Navy needed a lightweight, all-purpose building that could be shipped anywhere and assembled without skilled labor.[2] They could be assembled in a day by a 10-person team using only hand tools.[3]

The George A. Fuller construction company manufactured them, and the first was produced within 60 days of signing the contract.[4] In 1946, the Great Lakes Steel Corporation claimed "the term 'Quonset,' as applied to builders and building materials, is a trade mark owned by the Great Lakes Steel Corporation."[5] But the word is often used generically. Today similar structures are made by many contractors in countries around the world.

The original design was a 16-by-36-foot (4.9 m × 11.0 m) structure framed with steel members with an 8-foot (2.4 m) radius. The most common design created a standard size of 20 by 48 feet (6.1 m × 14.6 m) with a 16-foot (4.9 m) base dimension, allowing 960 square feet (89 m2) of usable floor space with optional 4-foot (1.2 m) overhangs at each end for protection of entrances from the weather. Other sizes were developed, including 20-by-40-foot (6.1 m × 12.2 m) and 40-by-100-foot (12 m × 30 m) warehouse models.[6]

The sides were corrugated steel sheets, and the two ends were covered with plywood which had doors and windows. The interior was insulated and had pressed-wood lining and a wood floor. The building could be placed on concrete, on pilings, or directly on the ground with a wood floor. The original design used low-grade steel, which was later replaced by a more rust-resistant version. The flexible interior space was open, allowing use as barracks, latrines, medical and dental offices, isolation wards, housing, and bakeries.

How much air do we use a day?

The average adult, when resting, inhales and exhales about 7 or 8 liters of air per minute. That totals about 11,000 liters of air per day.

Eleven over fourteen equals 0.7857142857142857 tonnes open enclosed space.

Twenty two tonnes open enclosed volume, like a cargo hold, should cover twenty eight days for a human adult.

I guess you have to compress this, to make it into a form that's easy to channel to human lungs.

Air's free, and we could include staterooms, common areas, and corridors.

A cockpit is not designed for long term use and only has life support for 24 hours.

Let's say about a tonne allocated per occupant at about five kilostarbux, for the cockpit, which could be empty volume, compressed gas, or a combination of both.

If we compress just the oxygen, that's going to cost money, both for the separation, compression, and containment.

An average adult needs about 378 liters of pure oxygen per day. This is calculated from the estimated 7,570 liters of air we breathe daily, of which about 20% is oxygen and 15% is exhaled, making a 5% consumption rate per breath.

More details
  • Air intake:
The average person consumes approximately 7,570 liters of air in a day.
  • Oxygen in air:
Air is about 21% oxygen, but this percentage remains relatively constant at altitude.
  • Oxygen consumption:
The body uses about 5% of the air it breathes, converting oxygen to carbon dioxide.
  • Daily requirement:
Since the body uses about 5% of the air it breathes, the average person uses about 378 liters of pure oxygen per day (0.05×7570=378.50.05 cross 7570 equals 378.5liters).
  • Factors influencing need:
This is an average and the actual amount can vary depending on factors like activity level, with exercise increasing the need for oxygen.

AI responses may include mistakes.

Let's say about a tonne allocated per occupant at about five kilostarbux, for the cockpit, which could be empty volume, compressed gas, or a combination of both.
If you account for all people with staterooms then ignore the cockpit as that is covered by the stateroom LS.
