Mongoose
The Shem sourcebook is scheduled for January:

The cover preview looks cool (as usual), featuring a sickle-sword-wielding warrior and an "obscene idol" in the background. Looks like another excellent Quilliams piece.

Looks good, although it appears like their gods need SlimFast, not human sacrifices. Those mortals must be fattening!

Can't lose weight when all you do is sit and snack :D

True, true! :D

By the way, this is the way REH described him in Jewels of Gwahlur:

Robert E. Howard said:
"Near the farther wall on a granite throne, staring for ever toward the arched doorway, sat the monstrous and obscene Pteor, the god of the Pelishti, wrought in brass, with his exaggerated attributes reflecting the grossness of his cult. And in his lap sprawled a limp white figure."

I sure hope this supplement has some 'beef' to it. Stygia didn't please me with any kind of novelty or 'fun' utility.

You can do eet'!

Um, you were expecting a pop-up book? :?
Or perhaps a cuddly, plush Son of Set with purchase?
I think that Stygia was easily one of the decidedly stronger offerings thus far. What sort of 'novelty' or 'fun utility' were you hoping for?

If any one would like to see a little bit larger version of the cover here's the link.

Mr. Eco warned you!
Bwahaha. The Name of the Rose is a little high brow for the Internet.

Those are the cornerstones of my campaign as well! I just got the book for Xmas, and am very impressed so far. The detailed city maps are awesome! Nice work once again Mr. Darlage!
