Shadow and Vorlon CQ?

I was reading in SFoS and it says that the Shadows and Vorlons have no effective Crew Quality score, yet they both have things they need CQ checks for. (Come About! for Vorlons, resisting telepaths for Shadows) I thought I read somewhere that they have a CQ of 5 for things that require checks but I dont recall where I read that.

I didnt find anything in Armageddon that updates this, and the only thing close in SFoS is where Starbases can have a CQ 4 if it needs to do anything that requires a CQ check, which im not sure what that would be since they cant do Special Actions or Damage Control.

Does anyone know where to find it?

Shadows and Vorloons have no crew score, but they still have Crew Quality. They must roll for CQ, like everyone else (or use 4) but their Flight Computers mean low CQ is not a problem.
