Shadow and Vorln Crew Quality

It probably says so somewhere in the rule book or fleet book but I can't for the life of me find it so I figured I'd ask you guys. Do the Shadows and Vorlons have any specific rules regarding crew quality; since they have no crew, or do you just roll as per usual?

Just roll as usual. Vorlons have flight computers, so whatever their CQ, it will be at 4. Shadows just plug passing blondes into their ships so their CQ can be anything.
