My copy seems to be missing several illustrations. In their place is a description of what the illustration would be. I've found these on pp. 36, 37, and 47 so far.

I bought a copy of Service, Service! this week and I have the same descriptions in those places.

Also, the bookmarks in the pdf don't work and it is locked so that I can't fix them myself. Is this the right place to get help with this?
