Sector data discrepancy

So I was working on generating sector maps for Reaver's Deep. I was using travellermap.com as my reference and Joshua's map generation tool to create the individual subsector maps. I used the sector data from the Traveller Wiki and when I compared the maps I discovered that a bunch of the system names are different.

Does anyone know of another repository for Traveller sector data? I'm hoping to find the one Joshua used to create his map for travellermap.com.

Thanks much!

Thx, DFW. I ended up finding his API tools:

http://www.travellermap.com/api.htm

Managed to generate individual subsectors using them.

Did he generate it using Heaven & Earth? See: http://www.downport.com/wbd/HEAVEN_&_EARTH.htm

There are some pre-done sectors, including Reavers Deep, in:
http://www.downport.com/wbd/H&E_IMPERIUM.htm

There's also Reaver's Deep data on the Zhodani Base: http://zho.berka.com/data/CLASSIC/sector.pl?sector=REAVERSD

"Some of the system data such as detailed world statistics, orbital data for other worlds in the system, etc. is not canonical (since this data is not usually available for most systems in any published Traveller material). To create this data, I use a pseudo-random generation process that generally follows GURPS Traveller: First-In and/or DGP's Grand Survey procedures."

I think H&E is falling into disuse as it hasn't been updated in ~10 years.

But it's still another repository of Traveller sector data, which is what Starpilot asked for.

No problem.

IIRC I used the HES sources for my personal 3DTU program (10 years ago) as they were fairly 'clean'.

I used it a long time ago but no longer have a computer with an OS old enough to run it.

The data files are simple text files independent of the program (in fact, I wrote a program to cleanup, produce stats, and output my own format to feed to an OpenGL program).

I believe I have run the program just fine on XP, Vista and W7 (which all, BTW, have end user GUI compatibility settings).
