Too bad Traveller doesn't have one. Paralysis applied to the neck would be closest but doesn't prevent breathing.

Best Beer I had was in DFW after a hard days training in the field... Ordered a Bud and a Guiness... Both arrived ice cold, drank the Bud until the Guiness finally warmed up...Took a while but worth the wait ...

Ok, Mongoose Traveller does not have a force choke option. Now it does have Microkinesis which could perhaps be used for this. But the point was it doesn't directly have such an option.
