Isn't a C port supposed to be Routine? So that would mean that it would have most things that any other installation would have - repair facilities, fuel, hotels, theaters and med facilities, among others. For me, these are the things that a civilized place would have, even if it's a small town level. So a C port may not have schools (well, maybe a university, or at least its engineering department), but it would have at least a clinic - and in a vacuum world or a belt world, it might need to!

I'm not positive (not owning the book yet obviously) but it looked to me like the section about medical facilities is referring to class C scout bases not class C starports.
Can someone official confirm or deny?
