Scale for aircrafts

I ask the experten here which combination of aircraft and ship scale they use (yes I have already asked this on TMP. My fleets are 1/6000 (almost completed but I plan to add some ships) and I want some air support. I have already painted some 1/1250 planes from CAP aero and they are really nice, but I am thinking that also TD ones (of which I hear praises) are really good and they can even double in stand alone air battles...

If you wont to play with them in both ways I would go for TD-planes. Going for them myself. OK, with my fleet being GHQ 1/2400 it´s a little bit closer in size than yours. But I can imagine that 1/1250 gets quite fiddly.

I bought tumbling dice as well. They are very nice and pretty cheap (unless you buy 5 different airforces like I did).
