personally i am VERY happy with OGL cybernet... the missing text and errata aside it's very sound.
just wanted to put my 2 cents in... i'm a big fan of the cyberpunk genre and the 2020 setting, i just couldnt stomach their rules mechanics and i've been waiting for d20 cyberpunk anxiously.
