Samurai of Legend on pre-order since May of 2012, when due?

MGP 6204 Samurai of Legend was solicited in the May or June 2012 Game Trade Magazine, and I immediately placed a pre-order. Since then I have heard nothing, while Alliance lists the expected release date as January 2020.

What is the deal? Is this a real product? When can I expect to see it?

According to the Mongoose Publishing website Samurai of Legend
is currently at the printer, so it should become available rather
soon.
