Off the top of my head I can't think of anywhere in the Mongoose rules I have that provides salaries for during chargen/active duty. I'll quickly look up the info I am aware of for you.
There is information on how much a scout who is recalled would get paid. Book 3 Scout page 26 and 31. Based on a 48 month recall (chose this because it matches a 4 year chargen term) they would get 81,000Cr/48 = ~20,000Cr a year or roughly 1700Cr/Month. Note that there is a possible multiplier based on the type of mission.
For most crew this is a bit low compared to the information on general pay for different positions on page 137 of the core rules.
