Rules Clarification: CSC Battledress Modification; Enhanced STR.... typo?

ENHANCED STRENGTH on page 45 states; "This modification also increases an operator’s base movement rate by 50%." same as ENHANCED MOBILITY.

But unlike ENHANCED MOBILITY, there is no mention of the +50% base move on the little mini table.

I suspect that the writer's copy pasta'd the ENHANCED MOBILTY and neglected to remove the text for +50% base move.

What says the forum?

The 2023 update does not have that text in either the description or table, so I would say it was indeed a cut and paste error and has been corrected in the most recent version.

I just downloaded the 2023 March copy of CSC from Mongoose and it has it in there. I know there could be more than one CSC2023 version. Can you tell which one you have? Is that a screen shot of page 46?

My CSC 2023 from DriveThru is the same as yours, the text mentions the 50% movement bonus (mine is dated 23 April 2024)

Which version of CSC2023 do you have? All the other versions found for 2023 in this thread have the 50% mentioned in the text.

I can do that but there is a poster named Rinku in this thread that seems to have a corrected version already. I'd like to explore that before I ask them to fix something they already fixed.

Maybe Rinku looked at the version before the update in 2023? I have the most recent download, and it has it.

Yeah, the copy I looked at may well be an older one. I thought it was the up to date one.

I think we can assume cut and paste error, although this is an odd one since I can't see why that section would have needed any alteration.

I thought that and looked, the older CSC definitely didn't have the 50% but it doesn't have it for Enhanced Mobility either!

Enhanced Mobility was there but it gave +3 dex but not the 50% movement increase

Sorry, I meant to say the movement increase. Yes, the +Dex enhancement was called Enhanced Mobility back then too.
