The General
Mongoose
First off, I would like to say that I love the Slaine setting for RQ... Prior to purchasing the book I have had no exposure to the Slaine world (but plenty of exposure to celtic mythology). It is pretty much exactly the world I wanted to run my campaigns in.
But on to my question...
p.54 describes the Poetic Naming spell which seems to mention "usual" weapon naming on page 24 where the "blurring of the boundaries between the magical and mundane" is discussed regarding weapons. I can't seem to find anywhere the restrictions and benefits of this semi-magical weapon naming, although p.54 suggests you get a +5% bonus when you just name your weapon.
Can anyone help me out with this?
Cheers,
General Assembly
