RQ OGL & BRP

I'm writing a fantasy mini-campaign/setting for Chaosium to be published as a Monograph. The line between what is 'Basic Roleplaying' and the OGC of RQ seems a little blurred. Is it legal for me to utilize RQ OGC in a BRP supplement?

Incidentally, Chaosium's Monographs are limited edition. They purchase the right to print 500 copies, after which I could easily turn around and republish it as an RQ supplement-- though I'm not sure that this would be necessary as the two systems are so similar.

From what I know of Charlie Crank I would be suprised if he would let you publish MRQ rules in a Chaosium Monograph, I would check with him aswell as with Mongoose.

Thanks. I got word from Matthew that the OGC content is open game, no pun intended. The SRD of the RQ core rule book explicitly delineates each section as being OGC. The RQ Monsers and Companion SRDs do not. Over at the BRP forum the question arose regarding this-- is the material in the SRDs for RQ Monsters and Companion OGC as well?
