Robots in my city

Not sure if the Vilani would approve, but we have grocery-delivering robots in the city where I live. I’m gonna have to design one of these with the Robot Handbook. TL8 is probably about right.

I think it would depend on the scope of autonomy.

It could be that Vilani software for their starships is very restrictive.
