Robot Snake Swarm ideas please

Any thoughts on stats for a swarm (size 1-2) of robot snakes? Rather than having each snake be an individual and having to resolve 20 combatants, I thought perhaps have 20 hits for the swarm and 1-2 d6 bites/round. Any thoughts?

That sounds reasonable.

There could be a quibble on damage should go down with fewer hits but I would keep to the same level from 20 to 0.
