Regina Subsector Map

This is something I did a couple of years ago now for a Traveller campaign I was planning on running. With the Spinward Marches being released, I thought some of you might find it useful.

You need to bare in mind that this was painfully kludged from three previous, conflicting Spinward Marches books as attested to by the development thread on CotI. so it might not truck with what's been printed in the 'Goose version.

The JPG is in one piece and is realy quite large. If you want to print it, it'll probably need to go to a printers. The PDF is the same map, same size but in A4 pages for printing and sticking together :)

Also, using my original graphics, Inexorabletash has made a complete online sector map that may be of more use to some of you:

Yeah, that came up on CotI. Basically this would be eye candy for the players and the GM would have the hex version so he could give them the 'nava-computer data' on how many jumps away each is.

Awesome! THanks for this, looks lovely. I'm in the Vilis Subsector however!!! :)

I write up my worlds with a few paragraphs for players, and include a picture of the world. Many I grab from this wonderful website that I highly recommend for private-use subsector write-ups: http://www.chienworks.com/~aramisangel/sw/swplaces1.html

Must say, going back to it, I love so many touches: the lack of hexes, the relative planetary sizes, the cool amber/red zone logos, all set in a circle, very astrographic. Nice through and through.

I hope Vilis is on your list!

This thread inspired me to do some experimenting myself.

Over here is my tiny Traveller site I'm toying with. I have PDF formats of the Regina subsector in both candy and poster versions. The candy version is a bit warped, as you can tell looking at the Shionthy system, but I may go back and try to fix it.

If anyone does visit the site (it's just a download page for now) could you kindly point out any OGL violations to me as I am still new to all this legal stuff?

Thanks!

I like Scarecrow's stuff, it's very pretty and very nicely done :)

Only thing I wish for from Crow is a 2D deck plan of how he re-worked the Scout Courer...

Been wishing for that for a while...

I know. Sorry, Marc. I still have your e-mail in my inbox. It's actually in the works, it's just that I have a bajillion other things that require my attention more urgently. It will be done someday though, I promise :)
