Record sheets available?

Returning to Traveller for the first time since the mid 90's I would appreciate a little help. I purchased the core rules recently and want to get started right away. Are there downloadable/printable forms for the players' starship available? Not a ship designers worksheet though. I'm referring to the record sheet of the vessel, where I can record damage taken, stores, passengers, et cetera. A character record sheet would also come in handy.

An MGT-specific Ship's System Display? Hmm.

I tried that for TNE many years ago. Talk about rows and rows of little boxes. Probably a bit easier for MGT.

I don't want the boxes back, that's for sure. Merely thinking about Brilliant Lances sends shivers down my spine :? I just want a plain and simple record sheet to be used as a nice centerpeiece on the gaming table. Even if it's minimalistic, it helps if you're going to introduce new players to the Traveller universe (wich is exactly what I am doing).

The needs and presentation will be a bit different between Adventure class ships and Capital ships. Assuming that what you want is for adventure class, and generic instead of design specific, I'll see what I can whip up over a couple days.

Do you want spots for the special stuff as well? Or just the basics of "damage is Drive-1"?

Thank you. I would appreciate it a lot. Im not very familiar with the rules yet, so the honest answer to your question about details is: I don't know. Otherwise: Yes I'm mostly going to use adventure class ships as we learn the rules (at least nothing bigger than 800 ton) and generic is preferred over design specific. Apart from that? The simpler the better I would say. As mentioned I only use the core rules. When I'm more familiar with them I'm probably going to incorporate stuff from older editions (burning away g-hours, hexagon maps, hex ranges etc), but not right now.

The group DFW linked is probably where I'll drop the file, and they have other aids for your endeavor as well.

I bent the sheet toward tracking damage, specifically, as this bit of record keeping very rarely gets much help in Traveller. It would be possible to, for example, trim a row of weapons off and include recording space for old ship effects. That makes the sheet useful for a slightly smaller (or lesser armed) set of ships, but that isn't always a problem, and the weapon entries could be altered to fit more of them in if that were desired.
