Really late order

I made an order in April which still has not arrived. Why? I made a query to your customer service this morning and have yet to receive an answer? Why?

I'm west Coast but if you are that frustrated it might be worth your effort to make the call. I call our London Office when I first get to work and it is the end of their day. You might get more satisfaction if you make the call.

Rwglaub: We have replied but, for some reasons, the emails are obviously not getting to you.

There was an issue with your card, and it has not been charged. If you would like to place the order again, we'll keep an eye on things - alternatively, you would be welcome to give us a call (+44 1793 434488) and we can sort things out manually.

I reordered using Paypal. My email address has not changed, it is still rwglaub@yahoo.com and you should have been able to reach me.
 
I just got back the confirmation emails from Paypal and Mongoose.

I am puzzled by the bit about the card, because I hae always used Paypal here.
 
It sometimes happens. I think it's their bank's security systems - sometimes they just don't like the colour of somebody's money, especially when they're new.

It happened to me once, but it got sorted out to everybody's satisfaction.
