Raider Campaign Rules

I've heard a lot of mention about the Raider Campaigns. I haven't been able to find any concrete reference to where I can find the rules for these campaigns. Can anyone direct me to where the RC rules are?

This is why I download everything and keep the original filenames, makes it easy to find it when the links are gone but they leave the files on the server.
