Quick Rules Questions

Hey Guys, I've got a couple of question that i couldn't find answers to in other posts.

1st. Do fighter micro torpedoes class as torpedopes for the purposes of being shot down by gatling lasers?

2nd. Do gatling lasers class as a weapon system, and as such are they affected by weapon crits such as the first lvl crit that gives all weapons the inaccurate trait?

3rd. Is it possible for 2 scouts to both lock on to the same ship and for them both to provide rerolls against the target (obviously if this was allowed, each scout would have to give the reroll to different weapon systems)
