Question on Wafer Jacks

Based on the description in the CSC, it has computer/2 for expert programs. My interpretation is that since the interface takes a bandwidth of 1, you can only run expert/1 programs (so granting skill level 0 in the particular skill), one at a time. At tech 12, the jack can store 4 bandwidth worth of programs (interface plus 3 expert/1 programs) and tech 13 can store an additional 4 bandwidth of programs.
Agree/disagree?

If this is the case:
How quickly can it switch stored programs?
How long does it take to upload other programs?

Basically agree, but:
CSC said:
A wafer jack has Computer/2 for Expert programs only, and is always running Intelligence Interface.
I interpret that as it has BW-2 for Expert programs, and runs Intelligent Interface for free.

Also note:

a specific purpose, which gives it a Processing Score of +1 or +2 higher for that software only.

OK so then a limit to Expert/2 (skill level 1); but then assuming the interface also doesn't take storage space (hard-coded into the wafer jack), that meas a tech 12 jack could only store 2 skills (4 skills at tech 13). How long would you think it takes to switch stored programs?

Switching running programs should be quick enough. I allow to switch between rounds.

Switching a wafer would be like switching a floppy or SD card, Minor Action?

Given:
CSC said:
Software packages of more than 1 Bandwidth cannot be copied easily, as they require a non-trivial amount of bandwidth to transfer.
It should take some time to copy software to a new wafer, perhaps an hour?

Your memories and personality can be recorded onto a wafer. At lower TLs this requires your death, at higher TLs it doesn't and can be done in a shipboard autodoc.

If you have a wafer jack implant - or at higher TLs a headset interface - the personality wafer can be plugged into you and the wafer personality and memories take over your body.

See T5 for more details.

Another question, how does Wafer Jack work like in the novel "Agent Of The Imperium"?
