This applies equally across all the current MRQ settings(except, of course, for pirates).

Are haste and difficulty modifiers applied to Spellcasting and Magic Skills?
I hope to get something official, but would be quite happy for people to offer opinions or house rulings(supported of course).

I should point out that I have only purchased the MRQ deluxe edition and all of the Eternal champion range of books.

I mostly ignore those modifiers to be honest.

I apply them to replace the old concept of Ceremony.
