1: if you have a schield and you hit it and score's a crit what could be the result of this
1) you get the crit as normal
2) the schields stop you from doing crits
3) the crit damage get's tru but on the schield intead of the hull

2: if you take a gaim fleet the queen schips awards you double victory points if you destroy it but, how about if a ISA player take's a queen ship does it still awards double pts when destroyed because it is not a gaim fleet its a ISA fleet with a gaim schip

any comment pls

1) None of the above. Shields stop hits before you roll on the damage table to see whether it is a bulkhead, solid hits or crits. Shields stop hits, not damage. So you never know whethe the hits would have been crits or not, because you don't even get to roll them.

2) I'd say yes, same goes for a mixed league fleet. The Queens are tough to kill, hence the double VP reward.

As burger said you dont roll on the damage table at all. If you hit you dedect 1,2,3 or 4 points from the shield depending if the weapon was a normal, double, triple or quad damage per hit. As I understand it shields stop the whole hit even if it goes over, so for example:

An Abbai ship has 4 shields left and is fired on with a tripple damage weapon. It scores 3 hits.

the first hit takes 3 points off the shields, the second would aslo take 3 off but theres only 1 left however the whole hit is still blocked.

The third hit strikes the hull as the shields are down so you roll on the damage table, a 1 is a bulkhead and does 1 point of damage and no crew (as itsa triple damage hit) a 2-5 scores 3 points of damage and 3 points of crew, and a 6 is a critical hit, scoring 3 points of damage and 3 points of crew and and you then roll on the critical hit table to determine the result and triple any resulting damage and crew!

Hope that helps clear things up!

as for the second question Id agree with Burger here, if you field a ship as an ally point I believe it is subject to all its own fleets special rules still but does NOT benefit from the ISA special rules like the +1 crew quality.
