Q for Mat RE:Tournament on 5th May

Mat, (or other official adjudicator),

Certain races such as the Drazi, have a different initiative for "attacking" than defending. Would such as race count their attacking or defending initiative in the 4 scenarios in the tournament on the 5th

Attacker is not specified in battles 1, 2 or 4, so you wouldn't get the bonus. Both players are attacker in battle 3 since you both nominate assassination target, so you would get the bonus.

In case I have given the game away I will of course be bringing my purple Drazi (finally) to battle.

Annoyingly I have had to buy an extra fleet box to get enough ships for the tournament.

If you don't mind Matt I would like to meet Hash across the table for one of the rounds, I am sorry but I can not have a Green Drazi fleet in the room without attacking it, we Superior purple drazi have our pride you know.

I don't wish to tell you your business, but do you really want Green Drazi in the tournament, they have terrible table manners and smell rather odd

I am overwhelmed that you think the 2 drazi players are going to win all the medals.... I actually somewhat doubt either of us will win anything, but at least I get to kill some Green Drazi, that is enough for me

I'd say "Play the rules as written" though I can see why yo might doubt it, there's nothing in the tourney pack to prevent the use of stations though Matt has ruled it out pending reconsideration.

plus carries 16 fighters flights
