I'm glad to announce that next saturday we will play first public MRQ game in Barcelona (Spain) in a very special place: the 1st Hispabrick.

The game will be played in a LEGO diorama and will involve three drakkars, one fortress and more than 100 angry vikings trying to find a good seat at Valhalla.
Next days we will publish the homebrew rules and fotos from the event at www.rpgdiorama.com

Very Cool looking, great stuff.

Ever considered Playmobil as well (or do I speak Heresy?).

My son has some Playmobil, many of the weapons are even bronze (I think they are supposed to be gold) and they have Dragon Knights with draconic and scaly armour for the EWF. Vikings of course make good Orlanthi, and classic Kinights make Malkioni.

The elder races as always are a problem though.

JAJAJA :D
No Heresy for me. Playmobil really rocks!! But.... you really need a lot of space because scale is bigger. And you can't build virtually anything as with LEGO (landscapes, buildings, temples, ships, etc.)

As you note elder races are the problem. In 2008 LEGO will produce sets with orcs, trolls and dwarves (none of them Gloranthan ;-) ) for first time in 50 years.
Anyway you can "represent" them with normal figures. After all many times we all have used a scrap of paper, drawed a point and said: "This is my character. He's protecting himself with the shield and trying to listen in any direction.". And you only have a point or a letter in a paper ;-)

Very cool though. I checked their site and also saw LEGO Indiana Jones coming. Though the figures won't do much for Glorantha the sets should be cool.

Doh. Missed the fact some of the Indiana Jones is in the gallery you linked to the first time around (I'd just clicked on the interesting looking thumbnails).
