Another monster book.
A book of spells, a la the DnD Spell Compendium.
A Dark Ages Europe setting (~600 AD, not 1100 AD).
Cults for real life religions (Christian, Norse, Greek, etc).
One thing I would like to see would be a campaign book, something in the style of Griffin Mountain or Borderlands. It needn't be Gloranthan but it has to be good.

I'd second for another Monster Book and "Dieties and Demigods" stlye cult book. Some more Generic Fantasy stuff would be nice. I'm thinking.... Dark Fantasy, Swashbuckling Fantasy and maybe some Historical stuff. Runequest Rome would be neat.
I am currently working on a Fantasy Europe setting that will include all the Mediterranean area, with possible connection to Marc Galeottis's Mythic Russia. Unfortunately for Danbuter, the timeframe will be circa 1200 AD, but I will provide cult guidelines for several Christian churches and orders, and for basic Islam at least.
It will be released as either freeware or at the usual "token" cost for third party OGL supplements. The first scenario is almost ready.
Yep. I've written some material on the Collge of All Eurmal over the years. In the Third Age, its still around, still spewing out the occaisonal plague of madmen to bedevil the surrounding islands.
You see, when the land it was located on sank deep into the sea, the college hasn't fallen down yet. It will, if it ever looks down...
