Printing pdfs

As the proud and happy owner of thr Ralios pdf, I would really like to arrange a hard copy. Reading on the train is easier if all you need to take is a slim volume rather than a great lump of a laptop.

So - I could print it on my own printer, but it is a bit rubbish. Does anyone have any suggestions about how to print it nicely. I live near Leeds (UK) and we used to have a FedExKinko which would have done a nice job (I think the UK branches all folded).

Looks like all the UK Kinkos have shut down apart from the London ones (and bizarrely the Reading one...maybe no competition there...).

They should be able to do a decent job for you, but I've no idea what it might cost.
