The rules on pre-measuring say you are not allowed to pre-measure for movement. So how is movement meant to be done? You can't hold a tape measure to your ship and move it, because that would be pre-measuring.
The only way we could think of doing it, is by saying out loud "I move the Hood 3 inches forward, turn left and move 2 more inches"... then you measure it and move the ship (even if its not exactly where you wanted to place it). Is this how it is intended? If not, how is movement done without pre-measuring?
